YOU NEED:
Peppermint Essential Oil
Peppermint Essential Oil has a long track record. It has been used around the world for its soothing and antimicrobial properties, dating as far back as Egyptian times. With its high menthol content, it gives a fresh, cooling sensation—that’s why you find it in so many toothpastes and gums.
We diffuse Peppermint often in the office to cue the brain to wake up naturally. We’re also big fans of adding it to existing products to stimulate the mind and body. Oh, and one last piece of advice: do not put Peppermint in the bath—your sensitive areas will thank you.
