Part of our core values is to seek the discomfort of the unknown, and every member of the team does this by taking on challenges outside their day-to-day. Curiousity is a big thing for us too. We believe that one of the best ways to grow is to keep a beginner's mind, and that no task is too small. Of course we're also about living natural, simple lives—and we love sitting around the table, creating new products that help people do that. At the end of the day, we're all working towards the same goal, and we feel pretty lucky we get to hang out with each other while we do it.
