Can I use Push Scent refills in my Stone, Move, Glow Diffuser?
Push Scent Refills cannot be used in water based ultrasonic diffusers -- They are expertly designed to work with our Push Plug-In Diffuser. Push Scent refills are natural aroma oils, composed of essential oils and naturally derived compounds from plants. Water based essential oil diffusers are designed to work with different essential oil consistency.
Can I use my diffuser blend in the Push Diffuser?
You are unable to use your existing diffuser blends with the Push Plug-In Diffuser. The Push Plug-In Diffuser must be used with the Push Scent Refills. The Push Scent Refills are expertly crafted to ensure consistent diffusing and are created specifically to work with our Push Plug-In Diffuser.
Is cleaning required?
There is no cleaning required of our Push Plug-In Diffuser. Simply change the aroma and plug the Push Plug-In Diffuser in to begin scenting.
What is the Push Plug-In Diffuser made of?
The Push Plug-In Diffuser is made of BPA-free plastic.
How does the Push Plug-In Diffuser diffuse scent?
The Push Plug-In Diffuser uses a simple, yet effective method to bring your favorite scents into your home. The wick absorbs the natural oil, and a heater gently warms the wick, allowing the fragrance to be released into the air. We’ve designed specialized ventilation to improve airflow and enhance the performance, ensuring a more consistent and long-lasting scent experience.
Does the Push Plug-In Wall Diffuser need to be plugged in to diffuse?
Yes. The Push Plug-In Wall Diffuser must be plugged directly into a wall outlet to power on. There is no power button. Please be sure to not cover the Push Plug-In Wall Diffuser with a towel or piece of furniture while in use.
Will future scents for the Push Plug-In Diffuser be released?
Yes, we will be releasing future scents!
Are Push Scent Refills pet friendly?
Our Push Scent Refills are all pet friendly! However, we do recommend always checking with your vet before using a new scent product around your animals. We do recommend leaving a door open in the room you are scenting, so if your animal does become agitated, they are able to leave the room. We also recommend having the vents on the lowest setting when first introducing new scent to your pet.

Does the Push Plug-In Diffuser have a lifetime warranty?
Yes, the Push Plug-In Wall Diffuser is covered under our device lifetime warranty. If you have any troubles with this product, please email our team at hello@vitruvi.com.
How long do the Push Scent Refills last?
The Push Scent Refills are designed to last up to 500 hours, and scent a room up to 200 sq.ft. Please note that Scent Refills may last longer or shorter due to intensity, climate, and heat in the room.
What can I do if I can't smell the scent?
If you are unable to smell the scent in your Push Plug-In Wall Diffuser, please try the below tips!
Tip 1
Please ensure all vents in the room are closed, and that the Push Plug-In Wall Diffuser is not placed near any open vents.
Tip 2
Ensure the room you are using the Push Plug-In is warm, as cool air will cause the scent to drop.
Tip 3
Ensure the device is warm to the touch at top vents
Tip 4
Ensure there is oil left in the bottle. Please note the Push Scent Refills are meant to last up to 500 hours, actual burn time may vary.
