Canada Post Strike Response
Due to the possible upcoming Canada Post strike, we will be switching to Purolator to ensure your orders still reach you. Please note this change will take effect as of May 14, 2025. WARRANTY

Do your devices come with a warranty?
Yes! We offer a one year warranty on all our devices; this includes diffusers and humidifiers. If your device has any manufacturing or mechanical defects we would be happy to assist you. Please note our warranty does not cover misplaced or lost parts, accidental damage, purchases of diffusers from an unauthorized dealer or seller, damage as a result of incorrect use. Please reach out to our team at hello@vitruvi.com with any questions, troubleshooting support, or warranty questions.

Note: Stone Diffusers with a DC power cord are not covered under warranty. For more information, visit our warranty page.
