What is your holiday return policy?
As we know many of you will be shopping for holiday gifts early, items purchased from November 14 - December 13 are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 13, 2025. Items purchased after December 13th, are eligible for our regular return policy. All items purchased on sale are eligible for return for credit or exchange only. SHIPPING

Updates for Canadian Orders: Shipping Carrier
As the Canada Post strike has come to an end on December 17th, we are transitioning back to Canada Post as our shipping carrier. We will be reverting back to Canada Post as our primary carrier for shipments starting the week of Dec 30-Jan 3. Until then, we will continue to use UPS. This is to allow Canada Post time to work through the backlog accumulated because of the strike.

Please note we have extended our Returns & Exchange window to accommodate the delay in deliveries. All orders placed between November 14th, 2024 and December 13th, 2024 will be eligible for exchange or store credit until January 13th, 2025.

We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time and are working really hard to get your orders to you as quickly as possible during this holiday season!

WARRANTY

Do your devices come with a warranty?
We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our devices; this includes diffusers and humidifiers. If your device has any mechanical or manufacturing defects, we would be happy to assist you. Note: Stone Diffusers with a DC power cord are not covered under warranty. For more information, visit our warranty page.
