DO NOT PURCHASE

"I have contacted the Trevi several times because my diffuser doesn’t work. I bought my diffuser and I bought $200 worth of cents for it. They will not send me a new diffuser after I sent them a video showing them and it will not work horrible customer service mind you I have purchased five diffusers from them and this one doesn’t work and they will not return or give me a new one. I was a great customer of theirs and I am trying now to return all my fragrances and I’m still meeting harsh harsh, horrible customer service."

Order returned to sender – Vitruvi not responding

"Hello Vitruvi, I am posting here because I have been unable to obtain any response through your normal customer service channels regarding my Vitruvi Order #894248CA, placed on 18 September 2026. I have sent three emails to the customer service email address provided by Vitruvi and have also sent three messages through your online chat service, but I have received no response to any of them. I am extremely concerned about the whereabouts of my order. The order was placed through the Vitruvi Canadian website and was being shipped to a forwarding service in Canada for onward delivery to Australia. The tracking history is particularly concerning: - 18 September: Order placed and confirmed by Vitruvi. - 19 September: Vitruvi confirmed the order had shipped via Canada Post. - 25 September: Vitruvi sent an email stating that the order had been delivered. - 27 September: Canada Post subsequently confirmed that the parcel had been returned to sender This means the parcel was not successfully delivered to me, despite Vitruvi's previous notification stating that it had been delivered. Since the parcel was returned to sender, I have no information about where it is now or what has happened to it. I am therefore asking Vitruvi to please: 1. Locate and account for the returned parcel; and 2. Arrange for it to be forwarded to me, or, if the parcel cannot be located, cancel the order and provide a full refund. I have already made six attempts to contact Vitruvi regarding this matter without receiving a response. I am therefore using this public feedback page because I have been unable to obtain assistance through your normal customer service channels. I would appreciate someone from Vitruvi contacting me regarding this matter and providing a resolution. Order: #894248CA Date placed: 18 September 2026 Thank you, Michelle"

Fantastic

"I ordered one waterless diffuser, used it on the main floor, loved it and immediately went and ordered a second one. The diffusers are beautiful and even the packaging was high quality. The second unit does seem to have issues with charging, so I have to keep it plugged in. Not a big deal for where it is being used. The Forest Frost scent is SO fresh and makes the whole house smells like a walk in the Rockies. I have been using it now for 8 hours every day, for about 3 weeks and did not have to use a refill yet."

Best home fragrance purchase

"I have used a variety of products to have our home smell fresh. My Vitruvi air waterless diffuser has been the best purchase by far. It scents our whole top floor of 1500 square feet so beautifully without being too strong. I have found the scents to be so high end and elegant. I am a fan for life🌸"

Low maintenance

"The diffuser works really well and the scent carries through a large area. I like that I don’t have to remember to add water. Unfortunately, I find the scents are quite strong and bit fake smelling. I often only have it run for an hour or two at a time to prevent it from being overwhelming."
