"I splurged on oils for Father’s Day and to my incredible disappointment half of the oils were leaking and leaked in the box. Which is understandable condescending they were placed loosely on a paper envelope with no paper or bubble wrapping whatsoever. Just rolling around and getting banged up by USPS. I don’t have time to return or exchange because Father’s Day is this Sunday but what an absolute waste of money."
"I got the bundle and oil set… Product sucks - it’s inconvenient to have to refill something this often in order to use it and no matter how many drops of oil I put in the water, the scent doesn’t last more than 1. 5 hrs in a small room. Return policy is also very MISLEADING - says 30 days but if you truly read it, it isn’t 30 days as there are way too many stipulations for a common shopper to follow… I spent 100 dollars for this garbage but I’d have been better off with a cheaper diffuser and oils from Amazon for 75 percent less cost and a REAL 30 day return window. I wouldn’t recommend at all. I feel very deceived and I should have known better than to trust a company with fancy marketing and poor return policy. Save your money and buy elsewhere."
