The Mystery Box

Disappointed - do not recommend purchasing

"I was really excited for this mystery box because they said in the description that it's a "surprise selection of our most-loved Vitruvi products," but it really was full of fillers and leftover inventory they're trying to offload. I got 5 items, 3 of which were great, but 2 of them were books - the Essential Well Being Book and the Natural Habitat Print Magazine. If I had gotten one of the two, no problem, but getting both felt like I was being sent a $55 value to fill out the box. I would not recommend purchasing this item."

"I love Vurtuvi products! I have been a supporter and always recommend their products. This was a major letdown. The box felt random, and no description mentioning what I might get. The photos were also misleading. I only got a diffuser, room spray, and essential oil. The photos show many more products. I would never buy one of these again."

Mystery box!

"My first time ordering! Beautiful packaging. Very pleased I received a diffuser, however I received only 1 essential oil bottle and a room spray. Based on the website description, I was expecting more. Like others, I calculated what I received and it was less than the “actual value” price. Maybe I had a couple of oils missing??"

Mystery Box

"First time purchasing from Vitruvi and I was excited about getting the products but I wasn't pleased with my purchase. Received a diffuser that isn't even on the site and not much else included other than a a spray and one oil for a plug in and a book Just disappointed with my purchase and it would've been nice to get some more value or products in my mystery box because it was definitely not worth the $220 approximate value. I'll have to think about getting anything again after this experience"

Well Worth It!

"Spending over $100 for something you don’t know what it will be and amount to was initially daunting…but the anticipation was fun. I remember ‘grab bags’ as a child- and they were always fun. Once the package arrived, it was fun to open it and reveal the surprise contents. It was a nicely curated collection of Vitruvi products- always quality and high end. My Mystery box included a Glow Diffuser Bundle with 2 scents, another box of larger size 4 various scents, a large scent spray, and a nice ‘Essential Well Being’. Needless to say, I was delighted, and will purchase this offering again! It would make a lovely gift but I decided to enjoy this myself!"
