It is compact, fitting perfectly on my nightstand, looks very contemporary, but more importantly, it keeps the humidity in my bedroom at a pleasant level, which makes my throat much more comfortable upon waking. "I've been waiting to purchase a humidifier to get me through the dry winter months and found a beautiful one in the Cloud Humidifier. I only took a star off because I think there are a few things that could make it even better. I wish the electrical plug/wire was removable so it would be easier to clean. I also would have appreciated a small cleaning brush/scrub to get into the small crevices so I could get rid of some buildup as well as 1 cleaning tablet. I also feel that the sound could be seen as bothersome, however after getting used to it I didn't really mind. It is louder than I thought it would sound but in comparison to the one I had as a child it is certainly quieter. Hope this helps!"
"Badly designed machine, pricey, and a nightmare to clean. Fragile plastic parts, and impossible to reach areas. It looks good until it just conks out for no reason and no hard reset. It was a gift so I didn’t return right away, now I’m just stuck complaining about it. Don't buy."

"I purchased this primarily for its aesthetic appeal. The proportions, oat color, and overall design are spot on and look great in the space. One drawback is that I sleep on the left side of the bed, but the controls are located on the right. It would be helpful to have an option with the controls on the left side as well. The mist output is visible at all levels, which is a plus. However, I bought this unit to help with waking up with a dry throat, and unfortunately, it hasn’t made a noticeable difference. It’s also not as quiet as I’d hoped. When the water level gets low, it starts to gurgle and make light clunking noises, which can be disruptive."
