"Love the scent, not thrilled with customer service. The website clearly said free shipping on orders over $30 but I had to pay shipping. When contacted the company, was told oh , that doesn’t apply during Christmas time. You have to spend over $100. So, should not be on website as is false advertising. Company not willing to offer discount ( even though I spent $95). I want to support local, small, woman owned, etc businesses but it has to be a bit of give and take as well."
