Scent is so personal. What does it mean to you?

I love how scent takes me back to a specific place or memory, or invokes an emotion. It has the ability to relax me before going to sleep or to help wake me up. The impact that it has on the nervous system is so remarkable, and I love how deeply tied it is to our overall wellness.

Describe your personality in three to five words.

Driven, creative, laidback.

With those words in mind, tell us about the diffuser blend that you’ve created to represent your scent style.

I am obsessed with Sleep and Golden—both blends are so calming. I play around with the number of drops I use, but one of my favorite bedtime rituals is to turn on my diffuser with Sleep and Golden, and read in bed before going to sleep.

Why did you choose each of these oils and how do they work together? What does the final aroma smell like or remind you of?

Both oils are so calming for the nervous system; I feel like I get better sleep when I use them. The scent is fresh but calming.

What room do you diffuse this scent in and when do you diffuse it?

It's a part of my nighttime routine. I use my diffuser right before I go to bed, and it stays on all night long.

Aside from scent, what else makes you feel truly at home in your space?

Having things that comfort me: books, my coffee machine, my air fryer, and people I love.
